Interaction with Leadership >
Participants will be given the opportunity to meet and interact with the Kraft Foods Philippines Leadership Team. When the Top 5 join us as Graduate Trainees, they will also interact with our Asia Pacific Senior Leaders in Singapore.
Business Challenge >
Teams will be assigned a business challenge which involves business review, consumer immersion, shopper interaction, and product innovation.Each team will be assigned a category manager who will coach them.Team proposals will be presented to a panel of the Kraft Foods Philippines Leadership Team.
Functional Modules >
Participants will be given an opportunity to learn directly from the best people in our different categories as our leaders share how it works in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Consumer Insights.
Other Learning Venues >
Students will also ave fun as they network with students from other universities. One of the favorites in our group dynamics activities is the cooking challenge where groups shop for their favorite Kraft Foods products in our Kraft Mart and cook in our very own test kitchen (Kusinang Kraft).Participants will also be given a tour of the Kraft Foods office campus to see our state-of-the-art facilities.
Who may join >
- Any student graduating from October 2011 to May 2012 taking up a business/management/finance-related, engineering, food technology or psychology course
- Student must maintain an above-average academic record
- He/she must hold a key leadership position in a student organization
